Are online transactions safe using credit
card/debit card?
Online transactions use a technique called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
this encrypts the information that flows between your computer and
us when you place an order. By using this method it means that a secure
connection has been made, and credit card details can be sent safely.
If you have any concerns about submitting your credit card details
online, we also now accept payment by credit card through offline
ordering. This way you can fax, phone or mail your credit card details
through.

When do you charge my credit card?
We only charge your credit card the day the order is shipped this
means you are not being charged for products such as pre-orders until

I have problems placing my order - it keeps saying my shopping cart is empty when I have added products to it - what should I do?
If you are experiencing problems placing an order, the most common cause of this is the privacy settings of the internet browser being set too high. To remedy this, please try the following:
Internet Explorer 6
- On the menu, select 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options'
- Select the 'Privacy' Tab
- Move the slider down so that it states 'Accept All Cookies' on the right
- Press the 'Apply' button and then press the 'OK' button
- Try submitting the order again
If this still does not correct the problem, repeat step 1, then press the 'Delete
All Cookies' button and then press the 'OK' button. Try submitting the order
again. If you are still experiencing problems, Please fill in a query at the Help Desk.
